can not open jpeg files
I can not open a jpeg file in outlook 2007

Just a shot, but I know at my work time and time again people accidentally change a setting. What you could try is while in Outlook - click 'Tools' then 'Options' and the select 'view all attachments in incoming e-mail in the 'Security Tab'
