beginner in computer field

i am a new fellow in the field of computers. please tell me about the basics of computer management, how it works and how to become an expert in this field

its really a learn-it-yourself field... but heres some good pointers..

all you files, oor applications in your memory, can be found in "My Computer"

it is a very good thing to get an anti-virus software such as Norton Or Mcafee

get firewall protection as well, if the anti-virus software doesnt come with it..

also, be careful when going to adult sites, there are many viruses lurking around on the dark side of the internet...

pretty much that is all i can tell you, good luck, and have fun!

It's a good idea not to use or enter the system files!

get a good antivirus, which is kept up to date..

if you have internet access then only use trusted websites by installing a site advisor for e.g Mcafee siteAdvisor..

Never leave your internet connection on unattended..

Get a computer starters' book, it might help.. Enjoy your PC
