yes there is no lottery, you did not enter one did you ? They want all of your ID info to steal the money you have and to steal your ID latter.

This is a funny scam for me....

The address '3 Rajdamnern Avenue' is the Grand Palace. Nobody lives there.. not an office.
It's opened for tourists !!!
