What is it you don't agree with? Project ideas, management style, dress code issues? More information would help

If its a project concern, you might have to "argue" but in an assertive way. "I tried this and it failed, I'd like to take a new approach such as... explain..."

If you have an issue with managerial decisions, you're right, you don't want to argue. Just take a walk around the building to calm down!

When I get into a clash with my boss, I just remember that I am paid to do what he asks and not what I want.

Sometimes he is right, sometimes not.
