informal introductory letter to high positioned stakeholders

Hello folks,

I need your help in drafting an semi-formal introductory letter to high powered stakeholders within my organization.

I have just recently joined this organization in a relation management position, and I would like my boss to send an informal introductory letter out to the stakeholders so that I can then subsequently schedule 1 on 1 apppointments with them. Eventually I will be their key contact person...

I am not sure where to start and the 'language' to use to craft the message. We are not looking for this to be formal.. Would any of you be able to help me out..?
