Who manufactured this antique treadle sewing machine?

I have an antique treadle sewing machine with a casket hood. The actual machine has a small bouquet of 3 flowers on the left side of the metal and M21360 is inscribed on the machine itself. There are PAT dates of April 15, 1879 : Jan 16, 1888 on the leg and DAT (or PAT) 5,10,'75 followed by a symbol 7,8,'81 on the pulley itself. I am trying to identify the manufacturer of this machine and find out the value of the machine. I understand it was owned by my Great Grandmother.
Thanks in advance for your help.
