coin values

I am wondering if anyone knows of a site that I can go to to try to see if any of my old coins are worth money. My great grandfather had them since world war something (not sure which, sorry). I would never consider getting rid of them, I was just kind of curious. I have scanned them onto my computer so if anyone knows anything about coins by all means maybe I could show you the pics I have of them. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks all.

Figuring out the possible values of coins is part of the function of the Collectibles section of this site. Please feel free to post images of your coins here. We do have a person who is excellent at making evaluations of coins and who also has the current literature on the value of them. His name is Flying Blue Eagle. Please realize though, that for the most accurate appraisal, it would be best for an expert to be examining them in person and not by photographs. But, we can give you a rough idea as to the possible monetary value of them here.

Jonathan1980 - Thanks for the good word - Clough, I appreacheat the good words.
Ok Jonathan - paste them on here and I will see what I can do , I need to have both sides of coin ,because some coins have the mint mark on the back side, but also in gradeing of coins there are certain things you have to be able to see , and there are some that require seeing both sides , Waiting for your reply , Have a good day and GOD BLESS ::: F.B.E.
