1990 Bleachers Baseball Cards 23kt goldleaf

Just thinking about a couple of sets of cards I have put away and have no idea what they might be worth. They are both limited and low numbered sets from Bleachers. Both sets feature three cards with gold leafing. They have certificates and hard plastic cases that went on the day they were purchased to present without ever being opened.
The Players are Ken Griffey Jr. and Frank Thomas. Tried looking around a bit for some on auction, but didn't see much. Any ideas of worth or should they stay out of site and out of mind?
