I have a small ceramic vase, about 7ins ht. it has a silver rim with hallmarks which state sheffield silver, and the year 1889. Also HW & Company. The markings on the bottom state, in gold 1635, with the 3 dots below and 's' above. Brocade Patent, the various other marks in blue including large crown. I am interested to learn more about these markings, and would like to know its origin and if possible its value.
