    what does a thousand dollar confederate note look like in 1861
    I have a authentic confederate $1000.00 bill that has been laminated to protect it. I know that hurts the value of it, but where someone has had it folded in their wallet at some point in time I was afraid it would damage it more by leaving it unprotected. Where is the best place for me to try to sell this bill?
