Could someone please tell me what a one dollar confederate bill dated 1862 is worth t

Asked Oct 27, 2011, 11:17 AM —
Hello, Could someone please tell me what a one dollar confederate bill dated 1862 is worth today? It is from Austin, TX - numbers at upper left hand corner are 112586 - it looks like the signature at the bottom has a last name of Johnson (or Johnston?) Not sure what the original color was, but the paper is light brown looking color & the weight is a bit heavier than today's paper currency. The ink looks black and there is a patterned background. Sorry - tried my best to describe it, the writings (script & signatures) are hard to make out.
