| Well, if you're really serious about quiting then there are different kinds of methods you can use, rather than smoking the cigarette, but getting the same level of nicotine.
You can use the patches, or you could chew the gum, and it's much easier I would think, and so I've heard, to ween yourself slowly off of those, instead of trying to just stop smoking.
You can't stop unless you truly are serious about it, or if you really do care about your health. If you don't stop now, you will pay the price in the long run. I do hope that you stop though, I have relatives that smoke and I see what it does to them. Dont let it happen to you. You may hurt others around you as well as yourself. |
