1 John 2:1
MY little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

An advocate is someone who pleads another's case before a judge, in this case God. I remembered this verse two days ago and wondered how Jesus Christ fills the role of advocate for sinners, and when. John is writing of future sins. What does it mean to you?

Another verse is Luke 6:12
And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.

What does this mean to you?

This argument is totally usless. You are not talking about Christ w/ any type of respect. You're not talking about God w/ any type of respect. You're all arguing about stuff that has nothing to do w/ the Bible, The Torah, The Talmud, or the Quran.
