In the time of Paul, no church leader wore any special clothing what so ever, other than what they would wear to perhaps the Jewish Temple.

A custom was started carrying a towel, to signify washing the others feet ( or perhaps even doing it) This towel has became the stole many priests use today as a symbol)

but in general when they meet they were everyday clothes, often meeting in the evening after work, or in the morning before work.

The use of speical clothing, came later after they were no longer a "illegal and outlaw" religion and Rome stoped trying to kill Christians, at that point, both Jewish customs of clothing and/or roman customs starting getting into the church.

If you wanted a truer idea I would go back to Jewish customs for clothing.
