what to do with lazy brats?

my on/off girlfriend has 2 girls, 15,16 yrs old. they are the most lazy people i know. their bedroom looks like a litter box and still smells of cat pee, she works 12 hr days just to come home to cook and clean after them. she es at times at them and when i tell her its becomming at problem between us she es at me and sticks up for them. they watch the dogs poop on the floor and just sit there, its hard to watch this and keep quiet. they ruin everything they get there hands on, or lose and flat out lie. its hard to watch them not do a damn thing and treat her like crap and then watch her stick up for them. im not going there as often because they say thats the way they are, but when i dont go she gets mad. are they all nut bags? i mean when my kids r wrong they r wrong, if i dont see something someone please tell me and ill fix it. but shell be a drill sergent to mine. i just cant get myself to go back, i even offered to buy them a tv and vcr for thier room if they kept it clean, answer was no way. would u put up with these?

No, I wouldn't. I'd dump this girlfriend like a hot potato and move on. If she can't manage her kids, how do you expect her to be able to manage a relationship?

First of all, you need to change your attitude mister. I tell you what if you were my boyfriend and you talked about me and my children they way you are talking here I tell you to kiss my ever lovin arse and hit the road.

Now, this is really none of your business. These are her girls and they are hers to do with as she pleases.

No, I would not put up with this, but I am a different creature all together.

It may be time to re-evaluate this relationship. I can assure you that there will be nothing but tension between the two of you if you stay in the relationship.

Then you don't need to be in this relationship. PERIOD!!!!

I'm not saying it is all you, but the language. I tell you if you talked about my children like that you would be out in the cold in a heartbeat. Doesn't mean I don't agree with you. That is terrible the way they act and they should get their acts together.

I agree totally that this is a terrible and unhealthy lifestyle, but your language borders on abusive.

Yeah, and if my girls did that and I did nothing about it, I would not expect you to stay in the relationship either.

Look, she is trying to be their friend, not their MOTHER. There is nothing you can do to change this. Time to move on and get healthy.
