my son wants to live with me

i am still married and im not legally separated my 12 almost 13 year old son wants to come live with me horribly bad he cries and says he is going to kill himself or run away and my wife dosent care she wont even let him come visit me it is killing him what is the fastest way that i can get my son PLEASE HELP!!!

Sounds like your Son needs his father, your wife should understand that, I would go to my son, especially if he's threatening to kill himself, he's trying to get help, your wife is not being fair, not telling you to leave your wife, but your son needs you, Think About it!

You had better talk to her about spending a lot more time with your son. Do what you have to do. I draw the line with anyone who thinks they can interfere with my relationship with my kids. Court would be an appropriate place to start. Can you not visit him or call on a regular basis? Working together is the ideal way to go.

You need to first legalize the separation then apply for custody. Get an attorney now!
