i have spent all my money sending my kid to college and now he works in a bank and now he doesn't like it he want to tell father that he want to work at a farm with his father what should he do?

He should go to work on the farm if that is what he wants to do.

No one should work at a job just because it pays more, if they don't like it,
A job should be something you enjoy since you spend your entire life doing it.

Teaching

I agree - you have to love your job. Money doesn't buy happiness. You should live life doing what you extremely have passion for.
