Well the state came in and took my nephew out of my grandmothers home she has raised him for 5 years now and my sister and the father all knowed he was living there no problem with it until school started and then they came in and got him saying they dont know who had custody of him is there any way i could him home ASAP!???

Go tell them you are family and you are willing to go through court to get legal rights to him. They claim they give family the chance first before going for a foster home.

ok i will do that his moms been to see him and stuff but his dad has not seen him since his first birthday and my sister told the court to let my mom have guardianship how long can this take up to beofre they let us know who gets him??? hes been in there since the 30th of july??? done had our plimary hearing next one is sept10th will they tell us then?

Probably. Make sure you let them know you want him they aren't going to read your mind to know that.

ok thanks so much...i rather my mom to have him she makes good money her and her husband does because its killing my grandmother shes the one raised him but i just hope and pray he gets to come home!
