how do i cope with a really naughty 9yr old

hi i have a 9 yr old daughter ,and i dont know how to cope wiht her,,iv tried every thing,star charts .groundin her.one on one spending time .every thing,i also have 2 other children,who are picking up on her behavior,im also doing a parent course, HELP

What is your daughter doing exactly? What kind of behavioural problems is she exibiting? A little more info may be helpful, to know the problem you are dealing with! Why are you doing star charts? Parenting isn't a magical thing, or anything that is written in the stars! I don't know your situation, but taking away all priviledges could be a really good start, if she isn't obeying the rules in your home. Again, more info!

Monetary fines worked with our son at the advice of a counselor. But that was years ago so I dont know if it works today.
