Ex husband took off with my 2 girls

How do I find my ex husband after he took my 2 girl 1 is not even his as far as I know he is in manatoba how do I find him I want my girls back they are 13 and 10.5 years old now and its been 5 years since I've seen them help please.....

And when you reported him for kidnapping to the police ( for taking the child that was not his) what did they say.

No cops it was a court case and he addoptied her to get the names the same other then that he had custidy but I had visitation and he had partial custidy

Well, if he adopted her, she is his.
