don't want the father of my unborn child to be part of our lifes

Ok i need help!! I have being married for 10 years and i had 2 miscarriages which after the last one i stopped trying, but didn't even get on birth control and still didn't get pregant. Seven years later i have a affair and i do get pregnant. i want the baby and so does my husband, but i don't want the acutal father(the guy who i had the affair with) to be involved in my baby's life, but he wants to be part of the baby's life. i need help

Unless you can prove that the father is dangerous and may put your child in harm during visitation, the bio father can always run after your child.

Sorry but the bio father will have rights and can claim them. So you may as well try and work it out

I have to agree this bio father as with all bio fathers have rights.
You could tell him that along with being in your life that he will have to pay child support, maybe he hasn't thought of this.

Let's all back up a minute...the child isn't even born yet. Get a DNA test done when the child is born, it's still possible your husband is the father.
