custody Issues
I have been with this guy for about 4 years NOT MARRIED and im 8 months pregnant, he has not been with me throughout my pregnancy.....i wanted to knw if i will have FULL LEGAL CUSTODY of my daughter?Will i be able to get child support from him too?

You will have full or joint custody, depending on what level of custody he wants. If he wants joint custody there is little chance that he isnt given it.

You will be able to get child support, yes.
