    Children exposed to drugs and alcohol
    I have a kind of legal question, I guess. It concerns my boyfriend's brother and his wife. Well, they have a drinking problem and smoke pot all the time. This wouldn't be any of my business, except that they are living in a house with children. Her children and there are 4 of them ranging from 1 years old to 14 years old. They just got evicted from their apartment and he was just arrested twice for physical abuse towards his wife and then for attempting to commit suicide. He also has hit his 14 year old step daughter on more than one occasion and so has her mother. The 14 year old has just returned from child protective services and is back at the house where they are packing up and moving to another house and he is drinking and driving with a drink in his cup holder in the car and smoking pot. I don't know what to do. It makes me sick that they are like this around the children, and I can't just sit around and do anything. Is there anything I can do?

    There really is no way around this. This needs to be reported. You need to call CPS to come in and do another evaluation again.

    Yep report them to Child Protective services is needed. ( I have to wonder how they get the kids back)
