I live in Georgia, and I have a 8 month old daughter with my ex boyfriend. I would like to get child support from him. He doesn't work but he has his own place which he pays for and he lives quite well. He doesn't have documented income but he has a side income that he has in order to make buisness. So far he has provided me with half of day care and diapers and things of this nature but recently it has been a hassle. He and his mother keep saying that the courts aren't to give me anything b/c he isn't working and that he has kept all of his receipts this far how does this work and will he have to pay me child supprt.
