Child abandoment

My soon 2 b x-husband in atlanta ga. I don't have a contact number for him and I need a passport for our 5 year old daughter by 4-7- 08. What can I do?


My x also went 8 months with out paying child support & quit his job. Now he has paid 2 months of $44 on $300 court order child support order what can I do

Who has custody? If you have full physical custody you may not need his signature for the passport.

There should be a support collection service in your area, try your local children and families agency.

The problem is I don't have full custody - I will be asking for that once the divorce starts but for know I need a passport for our 5 year old . We leave april 7 2008 whAT CAN I DO?

Not sure if there is anything you can do. Ask the passport office or get in touch with your ex.

Contact an attorney...with a court order you do not need his consent, but must be able to provide a reason for your trip, and prove that you have purchased return flights.
