What do you think my chances would be on getting my child in a custody battle? I have lived on my own with my daughter for a year (she is 2). Before that her dad and i were together. Her father has her every once and a while during the day she doesnt really ever stay the night. He has a DWI on his record from last year he doesnt pay child support. I have a stable home and a job where i work from 8:30am to 5:30 pm i have her in a great daycare. His hours can vary and he also lives in a house behind his parents that doesnt have any heat. She was in my care and fell out of a basket and got a buckle fracture there was nothing for anyone to investigate so that wasnt even brought up. Im getting married in January to a wonderful man that has a stable job. We will be moving into a bigger place. Her dad has another baby on the way out of wedlock again. what do you think
