My boyfriends son

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for 6 months we've been best friends for 6 years he has a 10month old from his previous engagement and I can't deal with it . I loved the idea for the first two days and I don't know what happened but it completely shut me down. All I tell myself is he's not mine this is not your family you didn't make this. I try to work with the baby because I love children but whenever the baby wants my attention I give but my boyfriend takes it away. So I don't want to do it anymore.. How will we get through this :/

You may not, it is not getting better and the child will be part of his life forever. And he will have to deal with the ex on many times. So unless you can love the child and find a way to treat the child as your own, it is time to move on to a new boyfriend who does not have children.

I have 5 stepchildren. If this is how you feel now, trust, me, it will get worse.

If you aren't into this man AND HIS CHILDREN 100% do everyone a favor and walk away.

Find someone without children.
