Abandonment for my daughter

I have 4 children, my oldest son is 22, my oldest daughter is 19, my youngest son is 18 and my youngest daughter is 13. My ex husband is lucky if he has paid 2000.00 in child support since 2001. He owes me child support from when my oldest was 15. He has not seen her nor spoken to her since December 18, 2007. My question is if I file abandonment papers against my ex husband for my youngest daughter will that stop her child support?
