4 months old child not eating

Hello,
My 4 months old child is not eating or drinking any thing like milk, cerelac nor even water. He occasionally takes mothers milk only 2 minutes a time for 3 or 4 times. I am very much troubled. Is there any problem with him. He is active but weight is not increasing. what should i do?

Go see a doctor...any problem with a child as young as four months could be serious; particularly if they are not gaining weight.
