My 12 year old is being touched by, a new kid everyday.

My daughter comes home to me everyday and says this new kid is touching her. Not in her private places. But on her arm and she also said, he hit her once on the bus. She said, the touching happens in school and on the bus. She said, she is really uncomforable and she even told her teacher, me, and even asked him to stop. But that didn't make an improvment! I'm wondering if this keeps going on till the end of November I will go and get a lawyer. But I really don't know what to do!

How many times have you been to the school office and discussed this with both the principal and with the school resourse officer (police at school)

Why are you thinking lawyer if you haven't talked to officials at the school? If my daughter reported this to me and. After reporting it to the school it hadn't stopped, I would have been in the principal's office the next day. I would be demanding that this new kid be kept from my daughter. I would want to know that his parents had been informed. Consulting a lawyer wouldn't be entering my mind until I had done all these things.

First thing talk to ALL school officials. If that doesn't work talk to the child's parents. If that doesn't work then the last resort should be a lawyer.
