| sore throats can be many things, have you told your parents, have you been to the doctor ?? are you taking any over the counter items for it. |

yes i told my parents and thankx....and no i haven't been to the doctor......and i just takin medicine at home...what is the cure? | |

| Cures will depend on what is causing it, and you really need after "weeks" in fact after several days of a sore thoat you need to go to the doctor. | |

| You could have strep throat or rheumatic fever. Both are quite serious. Please see your doctor for a proper diagnosis as soon as possible. | |

| Allergies can be a major cause also, I have had almost a chronic soar throat for..1.5 years now. It gets bad on some days more so then others, So As people have said before a doctor or an Ears nose and throat doctor more specifically also may be of help. | |
