If it doesn't hurt, or affect your sex life, then don't let it worry you too much!
Just as a bit more info, your problem could be
relative phimosis, and if it carrys on bothering you, (either physically or mentally) you should really go and speak to a doctor, or even better a urologist! I'm sure they'll put your mind at ease and talk you through any treatments!
One last thing, if you're 24, why is this in Child & Teen Health? Did you just select the wrong category?! Ha ha!
