You need to wear undewear regardless who you are:

-we need to protect the groin region from any rough fabrics
-sanitary reasons

What if your pants ripped or your skirt fell?

P.S. Why are you asking little boys specifically? That is just a little creepy.

Here a thread where this question was previously addressed.

The fact is you want to raise your children to protect themselves. When they grow up and are wearing blue jeans, not having underwear on will create a lot of chaffing, which will be completely uncomfortable.

Not to even speak of their first erections in jeans. Start the right patterns for your child, so they develop proper habits.

I tired to go with an unfinished basement. It doesn't work just nasty. Besides what little boys doesn't want to wear underoos. I had spiderman underoos when I was little and showed them to EVERYONE! Yup dropped my pants in the middle of the mall when I was six to show off my underoos mom was not happy.

The best clothes you were wearing and you had to hide them it such a shame.

I feel the same about thongs.

I personally don't wear underwear--eeps. Unless I'm wearing a skirt or when I do feel like it...

I think for adults, it is their personal choice.

For women, it is less obtrusive as our parts aren't really hanging outside... Well you know.

My son refused to wear underwear until he was 14. He lived. No harm done. And yes, he wears boxers now. He said he didn't like the feeling of jockey shorts so he just went without.

Boys wear underwear
As it hide teir sexual feelings,lust when they saw a girl on sex point of view,
They saw boobs,stare boobs or have lust for some one
