Why do i get this

Ever since ive started my period at 13 ive got really bad headaches, terrible sickness, its so bad i get sent home from work, cant sleep or eat etc and get concenpated. Is this normal or what cos it really depresses me to get ill every month! please write bk and help me cos im at my last before i brake down. x x x

First off, it is easier to read if you write in proper english. Net shorthand is a little hard to read for us older folks.

Now, that said. If you are sexually active and you are getting blood clots, you need to make an appointment with your doctor for a physical.

You also should have your iron level checked to see whether or not you are anemic. There can be other reasons for the clots, such as endometriosis... the headaches can be caused by hormonal imbalances, so you need to make a doctor's appointment.

Please make a doctor's appointment to make sure all hormone levels are okay, this alone can cause many a headache.

do you think that the sickness could have something to do with the bloodclotts because the sickness becomes worse when they come out. Also the first time i ever got my periods i got bloodclots.

Yes, I do think they are related. It can be a symptom of endometriosis, however, without an in-person physical I can't tell you more than that. You need to be seen by your doctor.
