Is there any help?

Is there anywhere a teen can go for a free or at least confidential pregnancy test? I'm pretty sure I'm pregnant but the hpt's keep coming up invalid or too faint to tell.

I do not know where you are, but here in the states you can contact your local health department.

My father works for the health department so I don't know how to go there for testing without him knowing.

Can you go to a health department in another county?

It is IMPERATIVE that you get checked for your health and the health of your baby. There are many disorders that can affect your health as well as the health of your baby and you will not know of these without seeing a doctor or health department. You also need to be on prenatal vitamins if all is healthy with you.

check your yellow pages under health resources, there should be other places that offer free or low cost testing.. perhaps even a local church could guild you in the right direction. As J9 said, please do not put this off, If you truly are you need prenatal care and counseling.

Comments on this post
J_9 agrees: Great advice, I forgot about local churches who sometimes have the funds to help too.
