im 15 years old and i have never had sex, but a couple months ago, i began getting small bumps on the head of my penis. now, they dont seem to be spreading or receding, just staying there, and they don't hurt, so i dismissed them as nothing, then, i noticed that my testicles were uneven, by like, an inch. Now, just a few days ago, i got this dark-gray bump on the shaft of my penis. It sometimes hurts and is harder than the skin around it. I'm really freaked out!!! please help!!
