Is it around the rim of your penis or just the skin?

The spots are all over mostly around the testicals and back of the shaft they don't pass also they aren't painfull the colour is just normal skin colour of the spots.

They are all on the skin

It could be razor bumps if you shave. It also could be something that is usually genetically inherited.

If anything seek a licensed medical practitioner.

What is your sexual history. Have you been active or not. Virgin or not. That might narrow things down as well, but I would say the best advice would be to see a doctor as Sarah suggested.

Like I said it may be natural. Ask your father or your mother's dad- chances are if it's genetics they'll know what your talking about. There's nothing to be ashamed about, it's a genital and everyone has one. If you feel too uncomfortable asking them, make an appointment tomorrow or go to your nearest walk-in clinic.

I hope you know you can "catch" an STD from oral sex, dry humping and I'm sure there are other ways.
