Small pimple on penis

Guys, I'm 11 and have a small really small pink pimple on my penis on the skin in the middle. Is this infection or will it go away

This is no infection, its naturall to have pimples there, its like having pimples on your face. This is because there are a lot of oil glands on the penis, when the pored get clogged, produced oil has no way to get out so it gathers around under the skin. Thats all.
