Slow puberty

Hi I am a 13 year old boy and I am slow in puberty I have some hair around my penis and my voice is still high and no facial hair but my friends are different. Is there a way to speed it up or certain foods with hormons in them I need help.

Relax, it will all arrive when it's good and ready.
There is NOTHING you can do to change that.

Your completely normal...I am 15 now, and I had a slow pueberty like you, it can happen any from 9-17, so everything is fine, mine didn't completely kick in until 6 months ago...everything will happen in time.

I know a 15 year old kid who is like 5 feet short and has a high pitch voice. It is not just you and watch this kid will probably be very tall some day.

And some things go fast and some things do not. But nothing is wrong with you
