There are none under the skin

The spots are all over mostly around the testicals and back of the shaft they don't pass also they aren't painfull the colour is just normal skin colour of the spots.

Well I have asked a few m8s they think my voice is normal but like on something like a online its higher pitched :s ?
Anyidea why this is?
