hey im 16, female and ive always had self esteem issues to do with my body, as in i think im fat and im not although i cant really convince my subconcious that im not fat.
im back at school now and have been for a week and everyday so far i have had, a coffee in the morning..nothing at recess.. nothing at lunch.. 1 little thing when i get home.. then dinner and i have been putting out less than i normally do
i had to get a medical a couple of days ago and had to get weighed, i was 44kg, and the nurse said i was bordering an unhealthy weight
i know its not very good and if i keep this up im gonna have serious health issues but i really cant convince myself that im not fat
HELP!

any suggestions?
