my 1 1/2 yr old daughter has horrible smelling breath and saliva help

hello everyone i have a 1 1/2 year old and im having a problem with her breath. it smells so awful i brush her teeth several times a day and within 5 min her breath and saliva smells again. i have to constantly change her bed sheets and clothes several times a day b/c if i dont a horrible odor with smell around her bed. it smells like eggs to me and her father thinks it smells like fish someone please help me with this horrible problem!

HI, I AM A NURSE AND I AM WONDERING IF YOU HAVE BROUGHT THIS TO YOUR DOCTOR'S ATTENTION. IT COULD BE A GASTRIC REFLUX PROBLEM OR POSSIBLY AN ORAL INFECTION.

Does this mostly occur after she eats, because it could be a gastric reflux, or a gastric infection.
