My period was 5 days late. The prior week I was having cramps and kept running to the bathroom but nothing, then they just went away. I was having mild headaches that I usually never get either. I took a test and it came out negative then the next day I got my period. My periods usually have heavy cramping and heavy flow but not this time. I started the morning of the 21st and today is the 23rd afternoon. I have only used 1 pad per day... and maybe had to change 1 the first night, now it's over. My periods usually last 4-7 days. I am confused because I have some cramping and bleeding, test was negative but I just feel something is off. Could I be pregnant?

It is possibly just an off period this cycle. See what happens when you would expect your period for next month. If you feel that you start to have other possible symptoms of pregnancy before that time, you can try another test.
