Hi, i just have a question... i take "the pill" but one day i forgot to take my pills to a holiday that i was going to for 4days... so iv missed 4 days of my pill but when i came back i took those 4 missed pills in a day but different time and eversince then, i got my periods before i went on my period pill and my periods normally go for a week but it seems that i keep having to put on sanitary protection. i went and saw my doctor but he said it was just period. but now after 7days (when my period is meant to finnish), the blood has changed to dark brown but it's only light....i still get bad belly aches but it just
keeps going.... it's been a week now since my period has finnished and iv already taken a pregnancy test but negative. am i still on my periods? has the pill effected me by missing those 4days pill and taking it when i came back? is it even normal???

What the pill does is regulate your cycle for your body. When you stop taking the pill sometimes your body will take back over. all thats going on is that your body is confused and as a result is having a long period.

If your doctor said everything is fine its fine.

As for the brown blood that's just old blood coming out thats pretty normal.
