ok when i was 12 or 13 i saw a lump under my pee hole its kinda starts at the very end of my pee hole its not hard its soft its a lil redder then my regular penis color its not big i am uncercamsized (sorry for my spelling) im really scarred i dont know what it is the other day i was crying at 4:00am because i dont know what it is im 14 now and i need help
