Painful itching when sweating.

Ok don't know why, for like the last 3 weeks if I start sweating my pours start itching, and it's so bad it's actually painful... it doesn't stop until I stop sweating either. If it helps, I'm a 15 year old guy. And as far as I can tell I haven't done anything different in my life. So ya I could use help cuz it's really painful.
