    I'm 13 and my weight is probley 181 help
    OK so I'm 13 and I weigh 181 and I want to lose 55 to 60 pounds in I month or 1 in a half please help I don't want to get oiked on I where size 12 in pants almost 13 help me please thanks god blessssss

    A SAFE weight loss is approximately 2 pounds a week. Anything else endangers your health.

    I understand your weight. What is your height?

    What are you doing now to lose weight? More exercise? Better diet? Something else?

    You can't lose that much in 1 1/2 months safely. Your hair will fall out, your teeth will rot, and that's just for starters. Don't even think about laxatives or vomiting, which cause that and worse conditions. Plan on at least 4 to 6 months, and you aren't even in bad shape if you wear 12 and 13. Just cut out all sweets, fries, chips, snacks, and white flour breads and other products. Cut way back on beef and pork and eat skinless poached chicken (try orange juice) and fish and lots of vegetables.
