    It is NOT possible to lose that amount of weight in such a short time scale.
    With a change of diet and exercise then it could be possible over several months.

    How tall are you and how old are you exactly? Ben is correct, you cannot lose that much in that time. You need to focus on being healthy, not worrying about your weight.
