    How to gain weight
    Usually people ask for advice on weightloss but I need advice on weightgain. I don't think I look anorexic but some people say I'm too skinny. I used to weigh more but ever since I got my braces all the weight has gone:( I just want to get some back. People say I looked way better before. I lost my appetite and I've tried to gain it back my chewing gum and eating a little more than I feel like eating. Can someone please tell me what kind of foods will help me gain weight faster.

    Hon, why have the braces affected your weight? If it hurts to eat then you need them adjusted. In the meantime try adding Ensure to what you eat. Use it as cereal milk, in your mashed potatoes, anything.

    The braces hurt at the very beginning.. like the first couple weeks. After that my appetite started changing and I lost about 10 pounds or more. Thanks for your help! :)
