| I have to agree with the previous posts. The best option is to eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and exercise. Personally, I have tried the hoodia pills. and they didn't work for me. Talk to your doctor about what your ideal weight for your heights and age should be. If the doctor feels that you are overweight, then he/she can help you set up a diet exercise plan to help you become more healthy. Remember that as you go through puberty, your hips will get wider, etc. and that doesn't mean you are getting fat, just turning into a woman. |
